3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Nights About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Audit to join our team at The Element by Westin in Chattanooga, TN. This position is responsible for performing nightly audit duties, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing excellent guest service during the overnight hours. Key Responsibilities Perform nightly audit procedures including balancing and reconciling daily transactions. Prepare and distribute audit reports to management. Assist guests with check-in and check-out during overnight hours. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel operations, preferably in a night audit role. Experience working with Marriott brands is highly preferred. Familiarity with The Element by Westin brand standards and procedures. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with audit software is a plus. Work Schedule This is a part-time position covering the 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights.
