Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform visual inspections of the property, and respond promptly to any emergency procedures or safety concerns. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts and departments. Assist guests with reservations, modifications, or special requests in multiple languages if applicable, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Handle phone communication with clarity and courtesy, utilizing proper phone etiquette to address guest needs or internal inquiries effectively. Support hotel management by adhering to all hospitality reservation protocols, guest relations standards, and emergency procedures to uphold our reputation for excellence. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel front desk operations and night audit functions.
