Duties Conduct nightly audits using property management systems (PMS) such as PEP to reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and prepare financial reports. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and reservation processing through hospitality reservation systems. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction during late-night hours. Maintain front desk operations including phone communication, handling reservations, and assisting guests with special requests or emergencies. Follow hotel emergency procedures to respond swiftly to incidents or safety concerns, ensuring guest safety at all times. Prepare shift reports detailing financial transactions, occupancy levels, and any notable incidents for management review. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; resort experience is a plus. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and phone etiquette standards. Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and energy.
