Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk activities, and ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational records. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for guests during the overnight hours while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality management and security. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience. Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, updating guest records accurately. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted and discrepancies are resolved promptly. Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and guest feedback documentation. Monitor security systems, CCTV footage, and conduct patrols to uphold safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures. Handle phone communication with professionalism, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and resolving guest inquiries or issues. Support front desk operations by addressing guest concerns related to guest services, guest relations, or property issues with proactive problem-solving skills. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond swiftly during incidents or crises. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills to handle guest interactions professionally. Resort or hotel experience is preferred to understand the nuances of guest relations in diverse hospitality environments. Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail throughout the shift. Pay:
$13.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
