This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, provide exceptional guest services, and maintain the safety and security of our property. As the first point of contact during nighttime hours, you will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits to verify and reconcile all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly, multilingual customer service to diverse clientele. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone communication or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform visual inspections of the premises, and enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records for management review. Coordinate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations and guest relations. Handle late-night reservations, modifications, or cancellations with professionalism and attention to detail. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, including familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, problem-solving, and effective communication in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes. Excellent phone communication skills with a professional demeanor and adherence to phone etiquette standards. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Previous resort or hotel experience preferred; experience in guest services or front desk roles is highly valued. Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse guests from around the world. Pay:
From $13.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
