Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures when necessary. Handle all incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately and providing accurate information about hotel services. Document incidents, shift reports, and guest interactions thoroughly to ensure clear communication among team members and management. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in front desk operations and night audit procedures. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse guests. Proficiency in hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable software.
