This position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to deliver exceptional service and maintain the safety and integrity of our property. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, providing a welcoming atmosphere while managing essential front desk functions and financial reconciliations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests even after hours. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience, shift hours are 11PM - 7AM. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine inspections of the premises, and controlling access to the hotel. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Support front desk operations by assisting with reservations, guest services, and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality positions is preferred but not necessarily required . Proven experience in night audit functions or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
