The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence effectively. Scheduling guest reservations, handling room availability and rates, and confirming bookings. Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Strong clerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office . Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities. Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy in documentation. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
