In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial and operational records. Your enthusiasm and proactive attitude will help create a welcoming atmosphere and uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously Manage hotel front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting for the hotel's records Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of the property, and following hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety Handle phone communication with guests, vendors, and staff using excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and any irregularities encountered during the overnight hours Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or resolve issues efficiently Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) is essential Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols is advantageous Experience working night shifts in a hospitality environment enhances your suitability for this role Demonstrated ability to handle phone communication professionally and maintain excellent phone etiquette Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
