Required Skills and Abilities:
- At least one (1) year of previous hotel night audit or hotel front desk experience.
- Flexible to work any overnight shift, including holidays and weekends.
- Must have the ability to communicate in English.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations.
- Previous direct customer service experience.
Job Description:
- Balance room, restaurant and bar revenues, post and balance charges and settlements, maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations.
- Prepare daily restaurant revenue report data by auditing point of service tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier.
- Run audit reports and input revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports.
- Resolve guest related issues and complaints.
- Manage overnight front desk operations and work with hotel security to help ensure safety measures are maintained.
