Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our front desk operations. Your proactive approach will help uphold our high standards of hospitality, guest relations, and security during the overnight shift. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately Conduct regular property inspections, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies Prepare detailed night audit reports, including financial reconciliations, guest accounts, and daily activity logs Handle guest inquiries related to hotel services, local attractions, and amenities via phone or in person with exceptional customer service skills Maintain front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest records, and ensuring data accuracy in hotel management systems Uphold phone etiquette standards and guest relations protocols to foster a positive environment for all visitors Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively Demonstrated excellence in customer service and guest relations within a resort or hotel setting Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest service best practices Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment with a focus on security and guest satisfaction Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication to hospitality excellence makes every guest's stay memorable.
