We are currently interviewing to fill positions as one of our Guest Services Night Auditors here at one of our hotels located in Katy, TX. The main duties would include assisting guests with their overnight requests, answering any incoming calls as well as making reservations, and finally balancing accounts and close out the day's charges. You must remain awake and alert at all times, be attentive to surrounds and guest needs during the night. Guest Service will be top priority and ensuring guest satisfaction by resolving issues and finding solutions to improve guest experiences during their stay will be expected. We have a team who takes pride in our hotel and who love our guests, and we are looking for the perfect fit to join our mix! You must be willing to go above and beyond to serve the guests and help out your fellow team members. You need to be someone dependable, with your own transportation, preferably live locally, and we desire someone with strong hotel and or customer service experience and a good work ethic and work history with references. Overnight hotel experience preferred, or previous overnight/graveyard shiftwork experience required as this is a position for someone looking to work overnights and must understands that this position includes weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure the front desk and hotel operations run smoothly during your shift.
