Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Monitor the hotel's security systems, conduct safety checks, and ensure the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours. Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and update guest accounts accurately. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of guest relations and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to promote a welcoming environment. Qualifications Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with guests and team members. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
