Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as PEP or similar platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving solutions. Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and maintenance issues for management review. Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance and guest safety at all times. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues affecting guest comfort or hotel operations. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in front desk operations and night audit procedures. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication across diverse populations. Proficiency in hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette, guest relations, and hospitality standards. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and guest safety practices. Exceptional communication skills for client interaction via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality expertise. Ability to solve customer service problems efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
