Our stargazing geodesic dome resort offers guests an unforgettable experience under the pristine night skies of southern Utah. Nearby to the beautiful Bryce Canyon National Park, we combine comfort, adventure, and natural wonder to create a unique and inspiring stay.Position Overview:
As a Night Auditor, you are responsible for the nighttime operations of the resort. You'll provide exceptional guest service, handle after-hours calls and late check-ins, troubleshoot maintenance issues and lockouts, and work with our housekeeping team to do laundry for about half of your shift.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with late check-ins Work late at night to ensure safety and guest satisfaction for everyone on property Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs Handle payments, reservations, and reports accurately Maintain a clean and organized reception area Troubleshoot late-night issues with heating and cooling, curtains, lights, and lockouts (training provided) Uphold resort standards for hospitality, safety, and guest satisfaction Work with housekeeping to wash, dry, and fold laundry Conduct late-night grounds walks to ensure safety and cleanliness of propertyQualifications:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience mandatory Strong communication and problem-solving skills Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor Comfortable using basic computer and reservation systems Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license, with access to a reliable vehicle (personal vehicle use is not required during work, but is required for everyone living on-site)Perks:
