Position Overview:

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the welcoming face of our resort. You'll provide exceptional guest service, handle check-ins and check-outs, and help ensure that every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and resort information Provide helpful information about local attractions, dining, and stargazing experiences Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs Handle payments, reservations, and reports accurately Maintain a clean and organized reception area Uphold resort standards for hospitality, safety, and guest satisfaction Help make and distribute amenities onsite

Qualifications:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor Comfortable using basic computer and reservation systems Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license, with access to a reliable vehicle (personal vehicle use is not required during work, but is required for everyone living on-site)
