About Us Clear Sky Resorts offers a one-of-a-kind hospitality experience, blending upscale accommodations with immersive outdoor adventure. Located near the breathtaking landscapes of Bryce Canyon, our resort is dedicated to delivering unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional service, unique design, and outstanding cuisine. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and creativity. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations, including prep, service, and staffing Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established standards Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines Contribute to menu development with creative and seasonal ideas Step in to lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a supervisory kitchen role (Sous Chef or similar) Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for high-quality, innovative cuisine What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Housing assistance or on-site accommodations may be available Opportunities for growth within a unique and expanding hospitality brand Work in one of the most scenic destinations in the United States Supportive, team-oriented work environment How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their experience and culinary philosophy. $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
