We're seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our on-site dining operations and elevate the guest experience through outstanding food service and team leadership.

Position Overview:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, inventory control, and financial performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly Collaborate with executive leadership on systems, standards, and forward planning Track and report on financial performance, including sales and labor costs

Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience with POS systems and inventory management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with seasonal tourism operations Passion for outdoor recreation and hospitality
