Immeditale Opening prefer someone with Hotel Experence/But Willing to train We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable Front Desk Agent with the ability to work independently. The Audit is an overnight shift, 11 AM until 7 AM; a few days a week and some back up coverage as needed. Would prefer front desk experience but we are willing to train the right person for the role. Responsibilities Attend to all guest needs and questions Clean and tidy desk and lobby areas Deliver excellent customer service Use computer systems to check guests in and out Report on any changes, problems, or security issues Handle cash and keep track of till and guest billing Skills Ability to work independently and remain motivated Customer service / hospitality, take care of our guests Prioritization and time management skills are needed Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
