Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift, ensuring a warm and professional welcome Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with exceptional customer service Monitor multi-line phone systems to respond promptly to guest requests, reservations, and internal communications Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records Maintain security protocols by overseeing CCTV surveillance and conducting safety inspections of the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve issues efficiently Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence Experience Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services within a resort or hotel environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and customer service best practices Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software is desirable Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during overnight shifts Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and creating memorable experiences for all visitors
