Job Description
Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) Hilton, PEP Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other key performance indicators to support management decision-making. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during late hours, providing exceptional customer service through phone communication and in-person interactions. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver personalized guest services to enhance overall satisfaction. Monitor hotel security systems, perform safety inspections, and respond to emergency procedures as needed to maintain a secure environment. Coordinate with front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and night audit processes is essential. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction during late hours. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing multiple responsibilities confidently. Previous resort experience or familiarity with hospitality reservation systems is a plus.
