Night Auditor

Description The Fairfield Inn and Suites Stony Creek, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest records during the overnight shift and provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and balance all financial transactions from the day shift
• Prepare daily reports and summaries of hotel operations
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
• Monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activity

Requirements Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
