In this vital role, you will oversee the night-time financial reconciliation, maintain accurate property records, and provide top-tier guest services during the overnight shift. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold our standards of excellence while creating a welcoming environment for all guests arriving after hours. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's nightly operations, ensuring smooth transitions from day to night. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Prepare and review daily reports to ensure accuracy in billing, reservations, and occupancy data Handle guest check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals with professionalism and warmth via front desk operations Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with a focus on customer satisfaction Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols Assist with reservation management, including modifications and confirmations through hospitality reservation systems Document incidents or irregularities during the shift, maintaining detailed shift reports for management review Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management roles with a focus on night audit functions Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and client communication abilities Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality best practices Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism during high-pressure situations Previous resort experience or familiarity with hospitality reservation systems is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring operational accuracy during the overnight hours.
