Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving or departing during nighttime hours, providing exceptional guest services and maintaining the integrity of hotel records. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression through excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving. Manage the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel reservation systems. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and reservations while updating property management systems to reflect current data. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, demonstrating strong client communication skills and guest services expertise. Conduct safety checks, enforce hotel emergency procedures, and respond effectively to any incidents or security concerns during overnight hours. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff. Assist with administrative tasks such as phone communication with vendors or guests, ensuring professional and courteous interactions at all times. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software such as SYNXIS or other property management systems (PMS). Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a hospitality environment. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing client communication across diverse guest populations. Experience working in resort settings or with hospitality reservation systems adds valuable insight. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent phone communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
