Night Auditor

Duties Oversee the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management review Provide outstanding guest services by handling late check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude Manage front desk operations including reservations, room assignments, and billing using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety inspections of the property Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with effective problem-solving skills and positive communication Maintain accurate records of all transactions, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure operational transparency and accountability Support guest relations by offering multilingual assistance when needed and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Experience Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel customer service is preferred but not required Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is highly advantageous Strong knowledge of guest services, hotel operations, and resort environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a valuable asset for communicating effectively with diverse guests Demonstrated ability to handle night audit procedures with attention to detail while maintaining high levels of customer service Experience in hospitality or resort settings will help you adapt quickly to the dynamic needs of our guests This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry while delivering exceptional service during overnight hours.
