Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing administrative duties with guest relations to maintain the highest standards of service. Your proactive approach will help uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency during the overnight hours. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management system to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare detailed financial reports, including daily revenue summaries and cash flow documentation Manage guest check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals, providing friendly and professional service via front desk operations Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude Monitor security cameras and perform safety inspections to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information or directing calls appropriately Follow hotel emergency procedures swiftly and effectively in case of incidents or safety concerns Requirements Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Familiarity with night audit procedures, guest relations, and hotel emergency protocols Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environment is preferred Join us in delivering memorable guest experiences through dedicated service and operational excellence!
