The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Oversee hotel between the hours of 11pm-7am Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Assist guests with inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Experience Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with resort operations is a plus, along with knowledge of hospitality best practices. Experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is advantageous.
