Night Auditor (Full-Time or Part-Time) We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Night Auditor who is committed to delivering outstanding guest service while independently managing overnight hotel operations.

Night Audit Schedule:

10:00 PM - 6:00 AM 2. Mixed Shift Front Desk Agent We are also hiring a Mixed Shift Front Desk Agent . This position is ideal for a cross-trained team member who is flexible and willing to work AM, PM, and Night Audit shifts based on operational needs. The successful candidate should be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. While previous hotel experience is preferred, we are happy to train the right individual who has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience is one of the most important responsibilities of this position. Qualifications Strong computer skills Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude Dependable with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when a manager is not on duty Willingness to cross-train in other hotel departments Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred, but not required Responsibilities Independently manage the Front Desk during assigned shifts Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service Check guests in and out efficiently Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system Create, modify, and cancel guest reservations Process guest payments and maintain accurate records Complete the Night Audit process (Night Auditor position) Respond professionally to guest questions and resolve concerns Assist with additional hotel duties as assigned If you are reliable, flexible, enjoy working with people, and want to build a career in hospitality, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Comfort Inn & Suites Bothell - Seattle North team.
