Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. This position involves managing front desk activities during nighttime hours, verifying daily financial transactions, and providing top-tier guest services. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence while supporting a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This Property is set to open on April 29th, 2026 Duties Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth Verify and balance daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly Respond to guest requests and concerns with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting patrols of public areas, and controlling access points Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records and managing multi-line phone systems using proper phone etiquette Skills Strong background in hospitality and hotel operations with prior hotel experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously Proficiency in front desk procedures, including multi-line phone systems and reservation software Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and basic accounting practices Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where your energy makes a difference.
