Best Western Plus:

Navigator Inn & Suites location in Everett, WA. In this role, you will be the front desk clerk from about 11pm to 7am. You will have two primary goals: auditing the hotel's daily accounts and creating an amazing guest experience. You will be the Manager on Duty for most of your shift, acting as the hotel's primary point-person and ensuring the overnight security and safety of our guests. As the nighttime receptionist, you will check in late-arriving guests and provide guest assistance as needed, both in-person and over the phone. You will also be responsible for balancing and preparing the daily audit balances of hotel revenues, settling payments, and preparing the front desk for the next business day. WHAT YOU BRING

If you are ready to be successful in this role, you will bring: Strong prior experience in hotel night audit, accounting, or finance Proven skills with spreadsheets and/or accounting software Ability to be organized, productive, methodical & detail-oriented Independent & efficient work ethic, with willingness to regularly work graveyard shifts (~11pm-7am) Customer service orientation and great communication You must be at least 18 years old If this sounds like you, we want your enthusiasm and abilities on our team!
