11:00 PM-7:00 AM | Full-Time Monday-Friday or Part-Time Weekends Only | Starting at $20/hour Looking for a position where you can work independently, build relationships with guests, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly? Join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor! The Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center is currently seeking a dependable, professional, and hospitality-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests during the overnight hours , providing friendly and professional service while helping ensure the hotel is ready for the next day. This position combines guest service, Front Desk operations, and nightly accounting responsibilities. You'll assist with checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, responding to guest needs and requests, balancing daily hotel and food & beverage transactions, completing nightly audit procedures, and preparing the Front Office for the morning team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, is detail-oriented and organized, and is comfortable being a key point of contact for guests during the overnight hours.
Schedule:
(Full-time or part-time positions available).
•Please note: This is an overnight position, and the ability to consistently work the 11:00 PM-7:00 AM shift is essential.

Able to handle unexpected guest situations with professionalism and good judgment. Essential Responsibilities This list of duties is not all-inclusive and is intended to serve as a general guideline. Other duties may be assigned. Perform all nightly audit procedures in accordance with hotel and company standards. Complete all required Night Audit reports accurately and in a timely manner. Balance hotel and food & beverage revenue transactions. Balance all cash receipts and transactions processed during the audit shift and prepare cash deposits. Identify and resolve discrepancies as needed. Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled. Assist guests with check-in, check-out, questions, requests, and other needs during overnight hours. Answer incoming telephone calls and provide appropriate assistance to guests and callers. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming Front Desk area. Prepare the Front Office for the morning shift and reset the day's business. Serve as the Manager on Duty during overnight hours , responding appropriately to guest concerns, emergencies, and operational situations and contacting management when necessary. Assist with Front Office and Reservation operations as needed. Attend and actively participate in Front Office meetings. Perform all other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with financial information. Comfortable performing basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Comfortable using computers and related equipment; ability to learn hotel software and systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to assist with Front Office and Reservation operations and effectively address guest questions and concerns. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged standing: Will spend a lot of time during the shift standing at the Front Desk. Light lifting : Occasionally lift and carry items such as keys, paperwork, and small luggage.
Hand dexterity:
Frequent use of hands to operate computers, handle cash, and write information.
Mobility:
Ability to move around the Front Desk area and hotel as needed to assist guests.
Visual acuity:
