Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure seamless guest experiences, uphold hotel standards, and maintain operational excellence while working during the quiet yet crucial night shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing front desk functions, reconciling daily financial transactions, and providing exceptional guest service. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests and support the smooth running of hotel operations overnight. Hours 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Hours 32 - 40 hours Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during night hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience. Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using hotel management software. Reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments, to ensure accuracy. Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks to uphold hotel safety procedures. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with a friendly attitude and effective problem-solving skills. Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering multi-line phone systems, managing guest accounts, and handling correspondence with professionalism. Skills Experience in hospitality a plus or we will train. Familiarity with computer programs a must. Excellent customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems smoothly. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial reconciliation and record accuracy. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism.
