Job Description
About the Role Titan LLC is seeking an Office Manager - Payroll to oversee daily office operations and manage full-cycle payroll processing. This role supports company leadership, maintains accounting records, and keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly in a small, fast-paced office. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and administrative systems Process full company payroll accurately and on schedule Manage phone, email, and administrative correspondence professionally Support HR and bookkeeping functions; requires significant experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite Maintain accounting records in accordance with GAAP, including journal entries, across multiple LLCs Coordinate with vendors, employees, and clients to ensure smooth business operations Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related questions and issues Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills, with demonstrated leadership ability Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in office administration or management required; small business experience preferred Payroll processing experience required; certified payroll experience for Davis-Bacon / prevailing wage construction jobs preferred Experience supervising a team
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
