We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee multi-state payroll operations and support the Director of Payroll & Benefits. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, supporting audits, and leading payroll team initiatives.
Job Duties:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of multi-state payrollManage payroll tax reporting, deposits, and filingsMaintain payroll and timekeeping systems, including upgrades and testingReview garnishments, wage deductions, levies, and child support ordersSupport payroll compliance and internal control initiativesAssist with internal and external auditsRespond to payroll-related inquiries and reporting requestsProvide leadership, guidance, and support to payroll staffIdentify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
