Description
JOB PURPOSE
This position is a vital role in providing cross functional support across the entire organization. This position has a high degree of daily interface with various departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Headquarters, Administration and PDC Operations. Under general supervision applies knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures to interpret and apply company policies and government regulations in administration of payroll. Ensures payroll is processed timely and accurately and in full compliance with wage/hour regulations and company policies. Key Accountabilities Serves as administrator of ADP systems including HRIS, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Tax Compliance and Reporting modules Processes bi-weekly payroll Audits data in HRIS and Time/Attendance systems and creates reports Responds to employee payroll inquiries and supports HR projects Key Performance Indicators Responds to employee and supervisor requests in a timely manner. Administers ADP WFN product suite. Processes payroll in compliance with wage and hour laws. Processes garnishments, tax offsets and verification requests. Maintains accurate data interfaces and payroll policies. Major Challenges and Key Decisions Gather and use information logically to understand situations and problems Involve management regarding payroll errors or delays

None Required Qualifications Experience Requirements 5+ Years of Human Resources experience required 4
  • 7 years of payroll experience required Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a similar field required Licenses/ Certifications Payroll certification Preferred PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs) Intermediate software skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions. Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ADP experience preferred. Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
