full-time A well-established multi-unit restaurant organization is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for a workforce of 400+ employees across multiple locations. This is a standalone, hands-on role reporting directly to the CFO, with an opportunity for a Senior Payroll Specialist ready to take the next step into a Payroll Manager title.

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 400+ employees across multiple locations Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with applicable regulations Manage payroll reconciliations, tax filings, deductions, garnishments, and benefits Partner with HR, Finance, and operational leadership on payroll-related matters Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questions Support quarter-end and year-end payroll requirements Evaluate and improve payroll processes and systems, including potential system implementation

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of progressive payroll experience Experience processing payroll for 400+ employees ADP Workforce Now experience is required Restaurant or hospitality payroll experience is highly preferred, strong multi-unit payroll experience in retail or other distributed/multi-location environments Spanish bilingual is highly preferred Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs Strong understanding of multi-state payroll and payroll compliance Comfortable working independently in a standalone payroll role Senior Payroll Specialists ready to step into a Payroll Manager title are encouraged to apply
