Job Description
•Remote initially and then transitioning to fully on-site in Toldeo OH• As Payroll Administrator/Manager, you'll manage payroll operations from end to end, ensuring every process runs accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Your attention to detail, integrity, and leadership will be key to maintaining smooth payroll operations and supporting organizational success. Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.Certification:
CPP certification preferredSkills:
Excellent PC skills with spreadsheet and word processing experience; Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms; Basic to advanced Accounting skills; Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills; Strong attention to detail; Previous experience with UKG preferredYears of Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration roles; Experience in a senior living facility or healthcare setting is highly desirablePhysical Demands :
Sit for extended periods. Occasionally lift between 1-30 pounds. Walk throughout the office as needed. Maintain visual acuity and good hearing.
