What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll processing and ensure pay accuracy. Administer employee benefits and provide team member support. Ensure compliance with payroll and employment regulations. Assist with onboarding, payroll setup, and employee records. Prepare reports and assist with labor tracking, audits, and payroll reconciliation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, required. Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred. Training/education in record keeping, bookkeeping/accounting, payroll, and general administrative skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer systems Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
