Payroll Manager:
- Manage end-to-end weekly payroll processing for 500+ union and non-union employees, including timekeeping, direct deposits, garnishments, employee loans, and payroll reporting.
- Oversee union payroll reporting, benefit remittances, audits, apprenticeship reporting, certified payroll, and compliance requirements.
- Support payroll tax filings, deposits, and multi-state payroll activities.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure accurate coordination between Payroll and HR.
- Supervise and support the Payroll Coordinator while resolving payroll discrepancies and ensuring process accuracy.
- Manage weekly 401(k) remittances and other payroll-related payments and reporting.
Payroll Manager:
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Union payroll experience and understanding of union contracts required.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
- Experience with COINS software is a plus (training available).
