Job description: Focus Workforce Management is looking for an Account Coordinator to join us at our Newton, NC office.

Focus is a leader in its chosen market of industrial and manufacturing staffing. Human Resources Generalist / Account Coordinator Responsibilities Include ( but not limited to ): Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the Focus Office. Participates in developing company's goals, objectives, and systems. Provides day to day performance management guidance to employees (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions). Communicates benefit information to employees. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt employees, and temporary employees as needed; conducts new-employee orientations. Handles employee exit interviewing Creates and provides the client with the required data metric reports (Recruitment, Performance, Employee Retention, Time Tracking, and Training and Development metric reports). Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Familiar w/ I-9 procedures, rules, and regulations. Provides training for new and current employees on the client's systems and procedures. Accurately and efficiently reports all incidents or injuries that may occur while employees are working. Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma •1-3 Years Experience in Field or Similar Environment •1-3 Years Managing People / Projects 1-3 Years in
Position Preferred Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Field •3-5 Years Managing People / Projects 3-5 Years in Position •Experience may include a combination of work experience and education
