Downloading of employee work hours from group home time clocks Entry of payroll data into payroll software Tracking of employee leave usage and accrual Assistance in preparation of payroll reports Provision of employee leave accrual reports to supervisory personnel Assist employees with workers compensation as needed Answer questions and train employees on employee benefits as needed Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of high school diploma with demonstrated knowledge of computer usage; previous experience with payroll processing and management preferred; good driving record preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal standards
