Conduct comprehensive resident assessments, develop care plans, and manage chronic and acute conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Requirements include current Alabama licensure, board certification, and geriatric experience preferred. The role offers a salary range of $120K-$125K, with benefits such as
