Essential Contractor Requirements:

Your Own Vehicle :

2015 or newer SUV or minivan in good condition (must pass state inspection).

Valid OR Driver's License :

Clean driving record and valid vehicle insurance.

Experience :

At least 1 year of experience working with seniors aged 55+.

Background Check :

No felonies or DUI/DWIs.

Vaccinations :

Current

COVID-19

(minimum 2 doses) and Influenza vaccinations.

Language :

Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin and English.

Age :

21 or older .

Credentialing Support:
