Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage payroll processing, ensure compliance with labor and tax laws, and maintain accurate financial records. Your expertise will support our commitment to operational excellence by delivering timely and accurate payroll services while safeguarding confidential information. Duties Process payroll accurately and efficiently using systems such as Dayforce Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and tax requirements at local, state, and federal levels Reconcile accounts through detailed analysis of general ledger entries, journal entries, debits & credits and account reconciliations Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data and financial information at all times Prepare and review payroll reports, tax filings and governmental accounting documentation Support the set up and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and time & attendance systems for accurate data entry and tracking Assist with month-end closing processes including payroll analysis and general ledger reconciliation Experience Proven experience in payroll management combined with a strong accounting background in corporate accounting or finance roles Payroll processing experience to include Shift Differential Pay and ISO standards Familiarity with payroll systems such as Dayforce, Workday, ADP or Paychex Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, labor law compliance and governmental reporting requirements Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent), accounting software such as EPICORE Enterprise ERP or similar and financial analysis tools Experience handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism Strong understanding of technical accounting principles including journal entries, debits & credits and general ledger reconciliation Ability to analyze payroll reports accurately while maintaining high attention to detail Payroll certification such as CPP or FPC preferred Join us as a Payroll Administrator to be an integral part of our team's success!
