We are a small team of people that strive to give our clients the best and most efficient service. We are currently growing and looking to add another member to our team. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills. We are also a fast paced environment with a lot of work to be done, so we are looking for someone who works well under pressure and can be efficient. Our payroll assistant should possess these qualities as well as an understanding of basic payroll functions.

Job Duties:

Work along side the payroll manager Bookkeeping for assigned client files Process payroll reports Create payroll checks Pay payroll taxes Send quarterly payroll reports Keep all client files organized and up to date

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Basic Understanding of Payroll Processes Customer service experience (1+ years) Fast worker Friendly personality Self starter Problem solver

Preferred:

Degree or working towards a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field OR work history related to bookkeeping, accounting, or payroll
