TITLE:
PAYROLL SPECIALIST ABOUT THE JOB
Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support key HR functions, with strong emphasis on payroll administration, benefits coordination, and HR reporting.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle payroll with minimum of 2 years' experience in Union Payroll/prevailing wage.
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ADP System or other payroll software programs.
  • Professional demeanor, critical thinking and strong communication skills.
  • Must maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
