Duties Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the general ledger in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Process payroll accurately and on schedule using payroll software, ensuring compliance with tax laws and company policies Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections Reconcile bank statements, perform account analysis, and ensure the accuracy of financial data across QuickBooks accounting system. Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to support management decision-making Conduct account reconciliations including bank reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis to maintain data integrity Assist with budgeting processes and provide support for financial audits by maintaining detailed records of transactions and journal entries Assist with billing, accounts receivables, and collections Assist with annual insurance package renewals Requirements Proven experience as a bookkeeper or payroll specialist with a strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks (including QuickBooks Online) Demonstrated knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP), financial concepts, and payroll processing procedures Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounting Strong skills in spreadsheets and financial report writing to analyze data effectively Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately and efficiently while adhering to deadlines Excellent attention to detail combined with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of corporate accounting practices is a plus; familiarity with budgeting processes is desirable MUST have a certificate of completing an Accounting course MUST type 45+ wpm MUST pass a background and drug test Join us in delivering precise financial operations that empower our organization's growth!
