We are seeking a Payroll Administrator II to process weekly, multi-state payroll and certified payroll for a large workforce. This role works closely with HR, project teams, contractors, and external agencies to ensure accurate pay and compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
ResponsibilitiesProcess full-cycle, high-volume payroll for union and non-union employees.
Audit timecards and calculate wages, taxes, deductions, bonuses, and union fringe benefits.
Prepare and submit certified payroll reports and supporting compliance documents.
Review project requirements and subcontractor payroll documentation for prevailing wage compliance.
Import timecard data, enter labor allocations, and process final pay and check adjustments.
Respond to employee payroll questions and coordinate with HR to maintain accurate employee records.
Prepare monthly union fringe reports and support year-end payroll processes.
Maintain accurate records and protect confidential employee information.
