Temporary-to-Hire or Direct Hire Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Union Payroll Administrator / Certified Payroll Specialist to manage high-volume payroll operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive union payroll experience and a strong understanding of certified payroll compliance, multi-state payroll processing, and payroll reporting. Key Responsibilities Process full-cycle union payroll accurately and efficiently Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports Manage union reporting and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements Process payroll for multiple states and business entities Handle high-volume payroll processing with accuracy and attention to detail Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies Generate payroll reports and maintain compliance documentation Qualifications Union payroll experience required Certified payroll experience required Strong knowledge of union reporting requirements Experience with multi-state and multi-entity payroll processing Ability to manage high-volume payroll workloads Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
