Payroll Specialist We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with 3+ years of payroll experience to support accurate and timely payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Process weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payroll. Maintain employee payroll records and timekeeping data. Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations. Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries. Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

3+ years of payroll processing experience. Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and wage regulations. Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
